The Heart of Us is all about heart & soul.

Not therapy, but a healing journey or personal discovery led by the heart - where personal insight and creativity guide the way.
 

I am a soul coach, healer catalyst, artist and creative alchemist who provides a sacred space for soulful self-inquiry - inviting curiosity, compassion, and courage to meet yourself fully.
Working with soul is for those who are beyond therapy or who have always been interested in the connection of heart and soul, and now have an internal hunger to meet themselves more fully. (My art is a separate site.)

I provide a safe, sacred container either online or in the studio. (Sessions)

In our sessions together I use gentle creative processes that require no experience. Just a willingness to open up to possibilities that include looking within rather than blaming others. It is about finding joy - finding lost parts/skills of us - and possibilities. Uplifting the soul finding a different way of being. It is simpler than you might think. When the heart and spirit is ready, it just flows.

There are individual opportunities, plus group and online courses offered.

FYI The name 'Karen' actually means pure or beloved and kind, and is of Danish origin - the Danish form of Katherine. Not the connotation that social media has changed it to. For all the genuine 'Karens out there', feel the lightness of your name. It is beautiful. I wrote a blog post some time ago called 'What's in a Name?'
