The Heart of Us is a gentle space for that becoming - offering encouragement, reflective tools, and hopeful perspective for those stepping into a new chapter of life.

Support for women or children undergoing GRIEF

I work with both women and children who have suffered great loss, or grief of different kinds.
Grief takes many forms, and each individual processes differently.
