A little about me
In this latter chapter of my life, I am honoured to share a lifetime of lived experience, offering my art and guidance to those who feel called to journey inward. My focus is on inner healing of the spirit - the inner spiritual journey.
I am now semi-retired - but, by request, I am continuing to offer occasional sessions for women and children, and offer online program/courses from time to time.
Based in Australia in the beautiful Blue Mountains and provide online services.

My Approach
My Focus
Empathy forms the cornerstone of my gentle, therapeutic approach. I offer a nurturing, confidential and empathetic environment where women and children can feel heard, validated, and supported throughout their healing journey to allow their inner light to shine.
My focus is on healing of the inner spirit.
This means gentle inner reflection and spiritual work for inner healing.

In all that I do, I try to help facilitate the connection between worlds in order to offer hope, insight, support and self growth.
I help my clients to connect with their inner worlds and their own connection to the Divine/God as they know it, in order to support inner healing and self growth and self empowerment.
A favourite mantra is 'Peace begins with me'. We begin with ourselves in order to find peace within.​

With over 50 years of experience in art, design, and teaching, beginning in December 1974, I have also been offering creative therapy services for soul-centred guidance and healing since December 2017.
I have run my own solo business since December 1987.
I semi-retired in December 2024 and now offer limited services.
