A guided imagining visual journey

Do you have a swing in your garden or patio?

Do you remember swinging as a child? What kind of swing was it?

As my work is about connection of the soul and spirit and the natural and unseen world around us, I have created a guided imagining journey that is a delightful nurturing visual journey for your soul. We are all mothers/parents of our inner child. Our soul is neither male nor female. Adults can sit with their child to experience this calming and imaginative journey together.

The little journey is to help you understand that you are never alone, even if you feel that way many times. There is an unseen presence that is around you - for your highest good. In my work I have noticed that many children are so connected to the spiritual world that they find this type of visual journeying natural to them. May you feel joy as you listen to the little guided journey. Afterwards, I suggest you take a moment to journal, or draw a picture of your experience to help integrate and encourage yourself.
